Longcheer Technology Closes Kejuncheng Deal, Bolsters AI Hardware Capabilities

On June 12, Longcheer Technology published its "Progress Announcement on the Acquisition of 60% Equity Interests in Kejuncheng Precision Technology (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. and Dongguan Jiya Metal Products Co., Ltd." Recently, Kejuncheng and Jiya Metal obtained renewed business licenses from the Dongguan Administration for Market Regulation, and the industrial and commercial alteration registration for the transfer of 60% equity stakes in both companies to Longcheer have been completed. Kejuncheng and Jiya Metal have officially become Longcheer's holding subsidiaries.

Previously, on March 30, the company announced its plan to acquire 60% equity interests in both Kejuncheng and Jiya Metal for a total consideration of RMB 540 million. This closing not only finalizes the equity acquisition but also marks Longcheer Technology's official entry into the North American key account etch-processing supply chain.

As a high-tech enterprise anchored in high-precision metal etching technology, Kejuncheng's business primarily involves VC (vapor-chamber) vapor chamber plates, etching processing of precision metal components, and related manufacturing. Its direct customers include leading thermal solution manufacturers such as Asia Vital Components, AAC Technologies, and Suzhou Tianmai Thermal Technology Co., Ltd., while its end customers are primarily global tier-1 consumer electronics brands, among them a key North American account. In the field of VC vapor chamber plate etching processing for smartphones, Kejuncheng is one of the earliest entrants in China and maintains one of the largest production capacities in the sector. Its related technologies are industry-leading within this domestic niche, and it has become a primary metal etching supplier to the key North American account.

The completion of this acquisition represents a key strategic initiative for Longcheer Technology in accelerating its global expansion and steadily advancing its key-account and product strategies.Through the acquisition of Kejuncheng—and in particular, through the effective integration of customer resources with Kejuncheng—the company can accelerate its breakthrough momentum with global tier-1 accounts and in the North American market. At the same time, as thermal dissipation requirements for AI terminal devices continue to surge, Longcheer Technology's strategic positioning in high-precision metal etching technology will further strengthen its competitive edge in AI hardware innovation.

Longcheer Technology and Kejuncheng will pursue deep integration across customer resources, product portfolios, and manufacturing operations. For Longcheer, this means expanding its precision metal product lines while strengthening its customer relationships and manufacturing capabilities. For Kejuncheng, it means access to new customers, product categories, and downstream applications. Beyond these synergies, the acquisition is also expected to boost Longcheer's asset base, revenue, and profitability—directly enhancing its overall competitiveness and long-term sustainability.

As Longcheer's first major M&A deal since going public, the acquisition of Kejuncheng reflects a core pillar of the company's long-term growth strategy: a dual‑engine approach that balances organic growth with external M&A.

On the organic side, Longcheer will continue to broaden its "1+2+X" product portfolio and actively pursue high‑potential AI hardware opportunities.
On the M&A side, the company will stay focused on expanding key accounts and driving product innovation—capitalizing on the rising momentum in AI infrastructure and edge applications—while remaining selective and disciplined in its investment decisions.
