Shanghai Municipal Youth League Committee, the Youth Newspaper and Shanghai Economic Association jointly organized the third session of the "Shanghai Outstanding Youth Businessmen Top Ten". Shanghai Outstanding Youth Businessmen Top Ten campaign was successfully held for two sessions. It aims to recognize, award and advocate youth elite who holds the belief of "new industries, new looks, new techs and new modes", promoting Shanghai’s reconstruction of economic development, and makes special contributions to the economic development. The campaign is not only an important platform for the selection and discovery of youth talents, but also a showcase of the spirit of the city’s youth entrepreneurs who are both adventurous and dedicated.

The campaign consists of four stages: recommendations, preliminary evaluation, public hearings and final evaluation. 39 industry associations, 13 Youth League committee members, JCI members and other organizations recommended hundreds of candidates to participate in the campaign. chairman Du of Longcheer, as the representative, has made outstanding contributions to Shanghai’s reconstruction of economic development "Xinsi" economic construction.
